Acceptance of Terms & Conditions- The following Terms & Conditions apply to your use of www.beyondthisrealm.com.au, including any content, functionality & services offered on or via www.beyondthisrealm.com.au (the 'website'). Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before you start using Beyond This Realm, because by using this website you accept & agree to be bound & abide by these Terms & Conditions & any amendments to them. At Beyond This Realm my aim is to supply you (the customer) with quality products & have them delivered throughout Australia in timely manner using Australia Post.
Products, Ordering & Pricing- All prices listed are in Australian Dollars & are subject to change without notice. All products on this site are subject to availability & can be withdrawn at anytime. I reserve the right to cancel an order in whole or in part & an email will be sent confirming this. Your order will be despatched once funds have cleared in my bank account in full. The exception to this is if your order is personalised by you, agreed by me, as extra time will be required to create your product & if needed, the ordering in of non-stocked items that you have requested. However, orders still must be paid for in full & funds cleared in my bank account prior to product being created. From time to time stock issues may occur however I will notify you of any possible delays. Please note that all candles are individually created & that no candle is identical. Please read the burning & safety instructions to get the most from your candle & to avoid burning down the house. If after you have placed & paid for your order, you wish to add to it, please email me as soon as possible & if I haven’t sent it, I am happy to add it to the same parcel.
Payment- I accept payment by credit card/debit card etc through PayPal. Once the funds have cleared in my bank account, your order will be sent, with the exception of any made to order products, due to the time needed to create these. Payments must be made in full.
Refunds- Please be sure to choose carefully as I do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’. I will comply with Australian Consumer Law & if you feel your product is faulty, please email me to discuss the issue. However, I cannot be responsible for any damage to your product once it leaves my premises. I can assure you that I take a lot of pride in my creations & will not send you a product that is not up to my high quality standard. If a refund is warranted, it does not include a refund of the postage & the postage required to return the product is at the customers expense. Once the product has been checked & deemed to be faulty, a refund of what you paid for the candle will be forwarded to you. Please note the candle must be returned unused, crystals intact & in the same packaging please.
Cancellations- If after placing & paying for an order, you choose to cancel your order, there will be a 5% cancellation fee to cover restocking & refunding of your money.
Shipping- I use Australia Post to deliver products throughout Australia. I can also send overseas however please be aware the postage will be dearer & taxes & custom duties may apply which will be the customers responsibility. Also please keep in mind that currently there are delays, Nationally & Internationally, due to the pandemic. Australia Post have tracking for the parcel, which I will email to you so you will know when to have someone home to accept the parcel. There is no refund for products damaged by the heat when left at your door. I offer free delivery within Australia for orders over $120.00 AUD.
Breakages- Your products will be packed carefully & very well padded & secure. However I cannot be responsible for your product once I have posted it. To date all orders have arrived to customers intact. In the unlikely event that your product does arrive broken, please make contact within 48 hours of receiving your package to discuss the issue. This does not mean an automatic replacement, but I am willing to look into the matter for you.
Your Privacy- Your privacy is extremely important to Beyond This Realm. Please read carefully to get a clear understanding of how I collect, use, protect & otherwise handle your personally identifiable information in accordance with this website. When ordering or registering on this website, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other details to help you with your experience. Your information is collected when you place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, fill out a form or enter information on this site. Your personal information will not be sold, distributed or leased to any third parties by Beyond This Realm, unless you have given permission or am required by law to do so.
Your information may be used in the following ways:
- To improve the products & services offered by this website.
- To process your orders promptly.
- To communicate with you.
- When agreed by you in preferences you have selected, provide you with information or advertising relating to my products.
Beyond This Realm uses SSL secured payment gateways to ensure the safety of your credit card details.
